Who I Am
I blend somatic movement, energetic healing, and nature‑based design to create experiences that feel grounding, intuitive, and deeply restorative. My work is shaped by years spent as a stay‑at‑home mother, my journey through divorce, and my passion for helping women reconnect with themselves.
I believe healing can happen through the body and through the land — and that both can be designed with intention.
My Design Roots
As a landscape designer, I’m deeply inspired by healing gardens, arboretums, and nature‑centered spaces. I’m drawn to environments that feel meditative, sensory‑rich, and emotionally supportive. My design approach blends beauty, balance, and intuitive flow, creating outdoor spaces that help people feel more grounded and at ease.
My Movement Practice
As a Certified Chakradance™ Facilitator, I create safe, trauma‑informed environments where participants can explore emotion, release tension, and reconnect with their inner rhythm. Chakradance™ is an embodied movement practice that blends intuitive dance, chakra‑resonant music, and guided meditation to support emotional wellbeing.
My Approach
Nature As Teacher
My work begins with listening — to people, places, plants, and energy. I design and facilitate from a place of intuition, presence, and deep respect for the natural world.
Movement As Medicine
My mission is to help individuals feel more grounded, alive, and whole — whether in wellness centers, community spaces, or home and garden environments.
Ways We Gather
Healing gardens shaped with intention, beauty, calming plants, and supportive nature-centered flow.
Chakradance™ experiences combine movement, music, meditation, and mandala art for embodied wellbeing.
